THE PHILOSOPHY
CONTRIBUTION is a valuation-driven coevolving activity.
When we opt for a service, we value it and try to connect with it through our contribution, by default.
For the same service, different receivers, if allowed, can decide different contribution based on their personal valuation depending upon their own understanding, expectations and experience.
In our initiatives, we identify offering a liberty of evaluation to the people we connect with, as a valid option through the IVY Model of Contribution.
WHY NOT FREE?
While receiving something for free, the individual who is at the receiving end, may not always feel connected to the value received and hence may never reap the benefits of the received value.
The free offering may make the receiver dependent and spoil the spirit of freedom and independence.
WHY NOT PRICED?
PSYsolution has chosen not to put a price tag in most of its services as it gives a sense of incompleteness and a feeling that 'we have underestimated with this price'. PSYsolution does not disregard money and acknowledges the importance of money. But money is not the primary driving force behind this initiative.
Putting a price or claiming a salary, both are the same. Etymologically, the salary word is derived from SALT! Salt is an intoxicant which never allows one to remain satiated.
Putting a price would also end up restricting some or other individual interested in our services, we do not wish that to happen.
OPINIONLESSNESS
Putting a price is an opinion imposed on the service. An opinion is an Awareness-blocker. PSYsolution withdraws its opinion in this regard to support observation and awareness.
EXERCISE OF INTELLECT
In this self-directed evaluation process, the participants are encouraged to employ their intellect (reasoning/thinking capability) over and above their emotions to evaluate the personal learnings realized during the facilitation offered by PSYsolution. An action driven by emotion is a burden on the individual which we do not wish to cause.
EXERCISE OF INTEGRITY
This exercise of valuation by the participants is an exercise of self-integrity. PSYsolution proposes the participants to attain integrity within in terms of the natural order of THINKING, ACTING & FEELING. We all have a unique construct of the ‘idea of compensation’ within us. Integrity is achieved through self-justification (THINKING) of the decision (ACTING) made and after that, it can be identified with self-satisfaction (FEELING).
NON-DISCRIMINATORY ASSURANCE
PSYsolution assures that there will not be any discrimination from its side based on the commercial decision of the individual client. These assurances aim to allow the participant to exercise her/his integrity without any stress.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Most of the programs have to be evaluated by the participants at the end. PSYsolution assists the participants in their journey of inquiry till the last moment of the program and further. The quality of the service by PSYsolution is assured in the model, by default as it is relieved from the decision of pricing.
A VALUE-PROFIT INITIATIVE
The initiatives of PSYsolution are non-profit initiatives as far as commercials are concerned. PSYsolution is a value-profit COMPANY. The company is ready to bear low or no commercial profits but does not wish to compromise on bringing VALUE for the participants.
The revenue of the company comes under the commercial laws of the land, as applicable from time to time.
